通过实验研究了收缩角
喉嘴面积比和汽、水喷嘴面积比3个结构参数变化对低温乏汽回收利用装置性能的影响规律.研究发现存在最佳汽、水喷嘴面积比使装置的性能最好
但不同进口工质参数下的最佳汽、水喷嘴面积比值不同; 随着收缩角(14°~22.7°)的增大
引射系数逐渐降低
而阻力系数呈现出升高的趋势
并且不同收缩角对应的最佳汽、水喷嘴面积比值随着收缩角的增大逐渐减小; 引射系数随着喉嘴面积比(1~5.44)的增加而升高
阻力系数却先降低后升高.这些研究结果为低温乏汽回收利用装置的优化设计和工业应用奠定了基础.
An experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of structure parameters on the performance of a low-temperature waste steam recovery device(WSRD)
such as the contract angle
the area ratio of the throat to the water spout
and the area ratio of steam nozzle to water nozzle. The experimental result shows that there is an optimum area ratio of steam nozzle to water nozzle
leading to the optimal performance of WSRD
but the optimum area ratio is different when the inlet fluid parameters are not the same. Moreover
the entrainment ratio increases with the increase in the area ratio of the throat to the water spout(1-5.44)while the resistance coefficient decreases at first and then increases. The entrainment ratio decreases while the resistance coefficient increases with the increase in the contract angle(14°-22.7°).
