为了对数控机床几何精度进行快速、高精度检测
提出了一种基于激光跟踪仪的多站分时测量方法.该方法通过一台激光跟踪仪先后在不同的基站位置对机床相同的三维空间进给运动轨迹进行了测量
利用测量得到的大量测量点到不同基点的距离变化量建立了超定方程组.采用最小二乘法对方程组求解
准确标定出机床运动过程中各测量点的坐标
然后分离出机床的各项几何误差.通过对多站分时测量的原理分析
给出了多站分时测量方法的具体算法
并对该方法的测量误差进行了分析.仿真和实验结果表明
多站分时测量方法是可行的
该方法具有快速、精度高等优点
适合中高档数控机床几何精度的检测.
To rapidly and accurately detect the geometric precision of numerical control(NC)machine tool
a method based on the multi-station and time-sharing measurement principle was proposed. A laser tracker was used to measure the same 3D motion trajectory of the machine tool moving components at different base stations
and the over-determined equations were established based on large amount of measured data concerning the distance variation between measuring point and base point. The coordinates of each measuring point during motion can be accurately calibrated by solving the equations with least squares method
then the geometric errors of the machine can be separated. The principles of multi-station and time-sharing measurement were analyzed
and the algorithms of multi-station and time-sharing measurement were given
and the measurement errors of the method were discussed. The simulation and experiments verify the feasibility and accuracy of this multi-station and time-sharing measurement method
which is suitable for medium-high level of NC machine in geometric precision detection.
