提高电机的控制性能和效率
研制了一种新构型的模态解耦型超声电机.该电机采用兰杰文换能器结构
压电陶瓷布置模式为:纵振压电陶瓷置于电机中部
弯振压电陶瓷置于电机纵弯振型的波腹处.利用有限元模态分析方法
通过调整结构参数对电机纵弯固有频率进行调谐使其趋于一致.对样机的阻抗特性分析和多普勒激光测振结果显示:纵弯模态间耦合程度明显降低
其典型机械输出特性中最大速度为920 mm/s
最大推力为45 N
指标优于在基本尺寸和激励条件相近前提下的非解耦构型的480 mm/s和25 N.
To reduce modal coupling effect of longitudinal and bending hybrid linear ultrasonic motor and improve the controllability and efficiency
a new modal decoupling motor is proposed and investigated. The motor contains a Langevin transducer configuration where longitudinal piezoceramics are positioned in the middle part of the motor
and the bending piezoceramics are positioned at longitudinal and bending antinodal plane. The longitudinal and bending natural frequencies are degenerated by adjusting structure parameters following FEM modal analysis
and the modal coupling reduces obviously in impedance analysis and laser vibrometer measurement. The typical output performances get the maximum as speed 920 mm/s and thrust force 45 N
which outperform 480 mm/s and 25 N of the previous motor.
