采用注射成型制备氧化铝陶瓷
分析了热塑性黏结剂含量、混料工艺对氧化铝陶瓷粉末注射成型浆料的流变性、成型性及注射生坯性能的影响.用TG-DSC分析了蜡基黏结剂体系的热特性
用SEM分析了注射成型生坯的显微结构.试验结果表明:选取聚丙烯、石蜡、硬脂酸3种黏结剂的质量比为20:70:10
氧化铝质量分数为80%
采用加热搅拌方式进行混料并结合一定的注射成型工艺
可得到成分均匀、无变形、无缺陷的氧化铝陶瓷生坯试样
烧结后试样的密度和抗弯强度较高.
The effect of thermoplastic binder and the corresponding mixing technology for alumina ceramic injection molding on the rheology behavior
formability and mechanical properties are discussed. The thermal behavior of the binders is analyzed by TG-DSC
the microstructure of the green bodies is characterized by SEM. The results show that the adequate thermoplastic binders are made up by polypropylene
paraffin and stearic acid in the mass ratio of 20:70:10
and the mass fraction of alumina gets 80%. The density and three-bending strength of the sintered samples are improved by increasing the alumina and paraffin contents. The green alumina ceramics with fewer structural defects and excellent performances can be obtained when the rotational stirring heating-mixed technology is adopted.
