首次将电声脉冲法(PEA)应用于研究脉冲电场下生物细胞的电特性
试样采用一种类似“三文治”的结构
可以看作是一种复合介质.利用PEA装置测量多层复合介质试样的一个关键问题在于声波会在界面处发生透射和反射
给测量带来很大的误差.通过对试样模型和声波传播过程的分析
求解出了界面处的声波传输方程.根据传输方程推导出波形修正公式
并编写了波形恢复程序
取得了较理想的结果.文中波形处理方法同样适用于其他复合介质的测量
对于同类问题分析具有一定的参考价值.
The pulsed electro-acoustic(PEA)method is firstly used to measure the charging properties of biological cells under a pulsed electric field by means of a sandwich-like model
which can be treated as composite dielectrics. For measuring space charge in the composite dielectrics with PEA method the reflection and absorption of acoustic wave at the interfaces often bring forth a great error. By analyzing and modeling the transmission of acoustic wave in samples
the transmission equations of sound wave at the interface are solved. According to the transmission equations
the modifier formulas are derived and the experimental waveform recovery program is established. The waveform recovery method is also appropriate for the other measurements of composite dielectrics.
