为了从量化的角度评价灌水器的抗堵性能
从单个沙粒的角度
分析了其在滴灌灌水器迷宫流道内的行为
建立了基于能量平衡的颗粒黏附模型
并计算出黏附临界速度.通过粒子图像测速可视化试验与计算流体动力学数值模拟相结合的方法
对采用能量平衡的黏附理论模型进行了适用性验证.研究发现
当灌水器入口压力越大、颗粒粒径越大或者颗粒-壁面间的界面能越小时
颗粒越难与壁面发生黏附
因此灌水器的易堵塞位置与灌溉水中的颗粒粒径级配有关.
Aiming at quantitatively analyzing the emitter anti-clogging performance
the clogging mechanism of the emitter is analyzed for the interaction perspective as single sand contacts with the emitter channel-wall
and an adhesion model based on energy balance is established. A critical velocity
for justifying particle-wall adhesion appearing
is extracted. Particle imaging velocity visualized experiments and computational fluid dynamic numerical simulations are carried out to verify the applicability of the adhesion model
and the results demonstrate that the particle is more difficult to adhere to the emitter channel wall in case of larger inlet pressure
larger particle diameter or smaller interface energy; and the particle distribution affects the emitter clogging position obviously.
