为了提高滚珠丝杠系统的运动精度同时减少能耗,提出了一种新的模糊平方项自适应滑模控制方法,可以在降低能耗的同时有效提高滚珠丝杠系统的运动精度。采用集中质量模型建立滚珠丝杠动力学模型,同时引入LuGre摩擦模型,估计摩擦力。所提出的自适应方法可以在非线性滑模面的趋近和滑动阶段根据误差平方项的变化来自动调节控制增益,设计了对应的边界层厚度模糊推理系统,在提高信号输出、减轻颤振和实现精确跟踪的同时减少高增益带来的能耗。实验数据显示,当使用设计的FASMC控制器时,最大跟踪误差为21.32μm
在工作台增加20 kg质量块和高速负载情况下,最大跟踪误差分别为22.15μm和24.97μm。与一阶滑模FOSMC控制器和其他自适应控制器的对比结果表明,所提出的控制策略可以有效提高跟踪精度和鲁棒性。
