针对行星齿轮系统齿面温度过高导致润滑油失效及传动系统故障的问题,提出了一种齿轮轴承转子系统的动态温度场数值分析与实验研究方法。首先,采用集中参数法建立了平移扭转耦合的多自由度行星齿轮传动系统动力学模型,求解得出了齿轮与轴承动载荷;然后,以系统动载荷为输入条件并结合传热学原理建立了包含轴承齿轮摩擦生热及传动系统散热的动态温度场数值分析模型,计算得出了传动系统动态温度;最后,采用热电偶与热成像相结合的方法,在定点温度测量的基础上得到了传动系统整体温度分布特征。数值分析结果表明:计入轴承摩擦生热时,随着负载持续增大,轴承生热对齿面温度的影响也越大;系统温度随转速变化呈对数关系,随负载变化呈线性关系。实验结果表明,系统整体温度场存在外啮合温度高于内啮合温度的现象,所提方法的理论与实验误差较传统方法减小了1.29%。
