为解决生物可溶性涂层辅助柔性神经电极植入时对大脑造成较大损伤的问题
提出了一种T形截面涂层;通过实验测量和统计分析得出了植入力与涂层宽度具有线性关系
提供了涂层尺寸设计的理论依据;考虑屈曲力和加工工艺等约束条件
针对不同宽度电极采用遗传算法获取了T形截面涂层的最优尺寸。仿真和实验研究结果表明
T形截面涂层能可靠辅助柔性电极植入
同时其平均截面积仅为同宽度矩形截面涂层的58.24%
植入力仅为其64.62%。该设计有效减小了截面积和植入力
进而减轻了植入时对大脑的损伤。
