针对目前国内外对气-液达到平衡状态时其饱和液相黏度实验研究非常少的现状
将相平衡装置与双毛细管法黏度测量装置进行集成
搭建了一套可以用于测量气液饱和溶液黏度的实验系统。通过对纯质乙醇、正庚烷以及离子液体[Hmim
]
[Tf
2
N
]
等的黏度进行测试并与文献值对比
得到3种物质的实验值与文献值的绝对平均偏差分别为1.13%、0.89%和2.15%。在此基础上
测量得到了温度为298.15、323.15和343.15 K时含饱和制冷剂R134a的离子液体[Hmim
]
[Tf
2
N
]
在不同压力、不同溶解度时的黏度实验数据
并将实验数据拟合成温度和组分的多项式形式。通过与方程计算结果进行对比分析
得到实验值与多项式计算值的绝对平均偏差为1.42%
最大偏差为2.86%
验证了文中搭建的气液饱和溶液黏度实验系统的可靠性
可为进一步开展相关研究奠定基础。
