该方法通过提取情绪面孔识别状态下产生的事件相关电位(ERP)信号
对ERP信号的微状态进行分析
研究情绪加工过程中重度抑郁症患者(MDD)与正常组(NC)之间的差异性。研究发现:在情绪面孔识别状态下
MDD组和NC组大脑微状态在类型、数量、持续时间、组合排序等方面均存在显著不同;在正性情绪面孔刺激下
MDD组微状态1、4的持续时间占比显著小于正常组;负性情绪面孔刺激下
MDD组微状态1的持续时间占比显著小于正常组
而微状态2、5的持续时间占比则显著大于正常组。该研究为抑郁症的发病机理研究和临床早期诊断研究提供了方法和依据。
