摘要

高压/超高压压缩机是氢能、热等静压、超高速风洞等诸多领域的核心动力装备。针对超高压气体增压面临的安全性、可靠性及高效性挑战，西安交通大学彭学院团队从超高压增压热力过程基础理论到产品研发关键技术进行了全链条的研究。通过含气液压油可压缩性对压缩机热力过程影响的研究，修正了压缩机容积效率计算方法；通过极端载荷下密封结构泄漏机理与摩擦学特性的研究，获得了密封环磨损量的影响规律；通过压缩机运行状态识别方法的研究，形成了多种无损动态

图获取方法。基于上述核心技术突破，该团队成功研制全自主知识产权的90MPa氢气压缩机，较国内外同类型产品，排气温度低20℃，容积效率提升15%以上；实现了320 MPa级超高压氮气增压装备的国产化并确定服役于某国家大型实验装置；开发了高压/超高压压缩机无损健康管理系统，并成功应用于北京冬奥会加氢站。面向未来，将进一步向更高压力、更宽工况、智能运维与寿命预测等方向深化研究，推动我国高端气体增压装备的自主化与产业化发展。

Abstract

High-/ultra-high-pressure compressors are key power equipment in numerous fields such as hydrogen energy，hot isostatic pressing，and hypersonic wind tunnels.In response to the challenges of safety，reliability，and efficiency faced during ultra-high-pressure gas compression，a full-chain investigation—from the fundamental theory of ultra-high-pressure compression thermodynamic processes to the key technologies for product development—has been conducted by the team led by professor Peng Xueyuan at Xi'an Jiaotong University.Through the study of the influence of gas-containing hydraulic oil compressibility on compressor thermodynamic processes，the calculation method for volumetric efficiency has been revised.By investigating the leakage mechanism and tribological behavior of sealing structures under extreme loads，the patterns affecting seal-ring wear have been revealed.Furthermore，by researching compressor operating-state identification methods，several non-destructive techniques for acqu

diagrams have been developed.Based on these core technological breakthroughs，a 90 MPa hydrogen compressor with fully independent intellectual property has been successfully developed，which exhibits a discharge temperature 20 ℃ lower and a volumetric efficiency more than 15% higher than comparable domestic and international products.Additionally，the localization of 320 MPa-class ultra-high-pressure nitrogen compression equipment has been achieved，and it has been designated for service in a national large-scale experimental facility.A non-destructive healthmanagement system for high-/ultra-high-pressure compressors has also been developed and successfully deployed at hydrogen refueling stations for the Beijing Winter Olympics.Looking forward，further research will be directed toward higher pressures，broader operating conditions，intelligent operation and maintenance，and lifetime prediction，thereby advancing the independent development and industrialization of high-end gas compression equipment in China.
