为进一步探索超导限流器的恢复性能,准确判断其恢复状态,对电阻型超导限流器的限流电阻和恢复特性进行了仿真分析研究。基于实验获得的ST-12-L超导带材单位电阻-单位热量(
R-Q
)拟合曲线,以及超导的电场强度-电流密度指数(
E-J
)公式,结合液氮相变传热方程,在SIMULINK中建立了电阻型超导限流器的
R-Q
恢复模型和
E-J
恢复模型;仿真分析了
LC
短路电流下ST-12-L超导带材的故障限流和恢复特性;基于
LC
源和恢复测试回路,搭建了并联超导带材的限流和恢复实验电路,进行了
LC
短路冲击下的超导带材的失超限流和恢复测试,并将实验结果和仿真结果进行了对比。对比发现:在限流效果仿真中,
E-J
恢复模型的电流正、负峰值与实验的最大误差分别为3.6%和15%,而
R-Q
恢复模型的电流正、负峰值与实验值的最大误差分别为2.3%和8.6%,
R-Q
恢复模型的限流仿真更为准确;在恢复时间仿真中,
R-Q
恢真模型的恢复时间最大误差仅为0.120 s,误差远小于
E-J
恢复模型的仿真结果。
R-Q
恢复仿真模型能有效模拟超导带材的失超和恢复,促进电阻型超导限流器在电力系统中的应用。
To further investigate the recovery performance of superconducting fault current limiters and accurately determine their recovery state,a sim
ulation analysis was conducted on the current-limiting resistance and recovery characteristics of resistive superconducting fault current limiters(R-SFCLs).Based on experimentally obtained per-unit resistance-Joule heat(
R-Q
)fitting curves for ST-12-L superconducting tapes and the electric field-current density(
E-J
)power-law relation for superconductors,combined with the heat transfer equation for liquid nitrogen phase change,both an
R-Q
recovery model and an
E-J
recovery model for R-SFCLs were established in SIMULINK.The fault current-limiting and recovery characteristics of ST-12-L superconducting tapes under
LC
short-circuit conditions were simulated and analyzed.An experimental circuit for current limiting and recovery of parallel superconducting tapes was constructed based on an
LC
power source and a recovery test loop.Quench current-limiting and recovery tests were performed on the superconducting tapes under
LC
short-circuit impulses,and the experimental results were compared with the simulations.The comparison shows that in current-limiting simulation,the maximum errors of the positive and negative current peaks between the
E-J
recovery model and the experiment are 3.6% and 15%,respectively,while those for the
R-Q
recovery model are 2.3% and 8.6%,indicating that the
R-Q
model provides more accurate current-limiting simulation.In recovery time simulation,the maximum error of the
R-Q
recovery model is only 0.120 s,which is significantly smaller than that of the
E-J
recovery model.The
R-Q
recovery model can effectively simulate the quench and recovery process of superconducting tapes and promote the application of resistive superconducting fault current limiters in power systems.
