摘要

针对现有灭活糠秕马拉色菌方法普适性较差、依从性低、不良反应及容易产生耐药性等问题，探索了等离子体活化水在糠秕马拉色菌灭活中的应用。通过低温等离子体技术制取不同类型的等离子体活化水，探讨物化性质的变化规律；根据菌落计数法分析糠秕马拉色菌菌体活性在灭活前后的变化规律；利用检测DNA及蛋白质泄漏量、胞外碱性磷酸酶（AKP）活性以及紫外吸收物质含量等来分析灭活的作用机制。结果表明：在等离子体活化水中存在大量活性物种，包括H

Abstract

To address the limitations of existing methods for inactivating

Malassezia furfur

，such as poor universality，low compliance，adverse reactions，and tendency to induce drug resistance，the application of plasma-activated water (PAW)for its inactivation is explored.Different types of PAW are prepared using low-temperature plasma technology，and the variations in their physicochemical properties are investigated.Changes in the viability of

Malassezia furfur

before and after inactivation are analyzed based on the colony counting method.The inactivation mechanism is analyzed by detecting DNA and protein leakage，extracellular alkaline phosphatase (AKP)activity，and the content of UV-absorbing substances.The results indicate that PAW contains a large number of reactive species，includingH
