摘要

针对传统吹灰器模型无法同时模拟吹灰器内流场和吹扫清灰过程，构建了吹灰器射流模型和吹灰器吹扫模型，对具有完整结构的吹灰器的吹灰射流及其吹扫管束的过程进行瞬态仿真，研究了吹灰器与管束的间距、管子布置方式和管子间距等因素对吹灰效果的影响，并引入峰值冲击压力和有效清灰面积等指标衡量锅炉清灰效果。研究结果表明：管束与吹灰器的间距从250mm增至350mm，射流作用在管壁的峰值冲击压力减小，最大有效清灰面积下降了67.38%，间距增至400mm时，射流已基本失去清灰能力。错列管束不会出现吹空现象，比顺列管束节省吹灰蒸汽。吹灰器布置在管子对称面的正上方，因为喷管和管束的间距要比将吹灰器布置在相邻两列管子的中间时小，峰值冲击压力更大，两种吹灰器布置方式对位于吹灰器正下方的后排管子清灰效果相近，综合来看吹灰器布置在管子对称面的正上方更优。管子之间的间距从70mm增至100mm，虽然会减小第1排管子对吹灰射流的阻碍，二次射流能够从侧面冲刷到第2排管子上，但同时射流前进的距离增加，总压损失变大，两侧管子的最大有效清灰面积降低了10.3%，发生吹空的区域也增大，因此小间距的管束清灰效果更好，蒸汽利用效率也高。

Abstract

Traditional soot blower models cannot simultaneously simulate the internal flow field of the soot blower and the process of soot cleaning. In this study

a soot blower jet model and a soot blower cleaning model are constructed to perform transient simulations on the soot blower jet and the cleaning process of tube bundles with a complete soot blower structure. The effects of factors such as the distance between the soot blower and the tube bundle

tube arrangement patterns

and tube spacing on soot cleaning effectiveness are studied. Indicators such as peak impact pressure and effective cleaning area are introduced to evaluate the cleaning performance. The results show that as the distance between the tube bundle and the soot blower increases from 250mm to 350mm

the peak impact pressure of the jet on the tube wall decreases

and the maximum effective cleaning area decreases by 67.38%.When the distance increases to 400mm

the jet essentially loses its cleaning capability. A staggered tube bundle arrangement prevents blow-through and also saves steam compared to inline tube bundle arrangements. Placing the soot blower directly above the symmetry plane of the tubes

where the nozzle-to-tube distance is shorter compared to positioning it between two adjacent tube rows

results in higher peak impact pressure. Both soot blower placement methods perform similarly in cleaning the rear tubes located directly below the soot blower. However

overall

it is preferable to place the soot blower directly above the symmetric plane of the tubes. When the spacing between tubes increases from 70mm to 100mm

while the obstruction of the first row of tubes to the soot blower jet is reduced

thereby allowing secondary jets to strike the second row of tubes from the side

the jet's longer travel distance increases total pressure loss. Consequently

the maximum effective cleaning area on the side tubes decreases by 10.3%

and the blow-through zone also expands. Thus

tube bundles with smaller spacing achieve better cleaning results and higher steam utilization efficiency.
