摘要

针对水体中高毒性Cr（Ⅵ）污染治理难题，提出通过零价铁改性生物炭微球（FeBCSA）去除水体中Cr（Ⅵ）。首先，制备了一种三维多孔笼状结构的零价铁改性生物炭微球；然后，研究了Fe-BCSA对水体中Cr（Ⅵ）的去除性能，以及初始浓度、吸附时间、pH、共存离子等因素对去除性能的影响；最后，通过XRD、XPS表征验证材料性能，分析FeBCSA对Cr（Ⅵ）的去除机理。结果表明：在pH=4.06、Cr（Ⅵ）初始质量浓度为50mg·L

-1

的条件下，FeBCSA对Cr（Ⅵ）的去除率达99.47%，反应后Cr（Ⅵ）浓度低至0.27mg·L

-1

，优于《污水综合排放标准》的限值；FeBCSA对水体中Cr（Ⅵ）的去除率显著优于未交联的FeBC粉末（质量分数为88.88%）及无竹粉生物炭骨架的FeSA微球（60.06%）；FeBCSA在酸性条件下可以高效去除水体中的Cr（Ⅵ），适用于酸性含Cr（Ⅵ）废水的处理；在pH=4.06时，对Cr（Ⅵ）的去除兼具高效性与稳定性；当不同干扰离子存在时，仍能保持较高的去除率；FeBCSA通过界面还原-吸附协同作用实现对水体中Cr（Ⅵ）的高效去除。该研究可为Cr（Ⅵ）污染水体治理提供一种兼具高效性与工程应用潜力的绿色修复材料。

Abstract

To address the challenge of treating highly toxic Cr (Ⅵ) contamination in water

the use of zero-valent iron-modified biochar microspheres (FeBCSA) for C

r (Ⅵ) removal is proposed. First

a three-dimensional porous cage-structured FeBCSA is prepared. Subsequently

its performance in removing Cr (Ⅵ) from water is investigated

along with the effects of factors such as initial concentration

adsorption time

and coexisting ions on the removal performance. Finally

the material's properties are verified through XRD and XPS characterization

and the removal mechanism of Cr (Ⅵ) by FeBCSA is analyzed. The results show that under conditions of pH=4.06 and an initial Cr (Ⅵ) concentration of 50mg·L

-1

FeBCSA achieves a Cr (Ⅵ) removal efficiency of 99.47%

reducing the post-reaction Cr (Ⅵ) concentration to 0.27mg·L

-1

which is below the limit specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. FeBCSA exhibits significantly higher Cr (Ⅵ) removal efficiency compared to non-crosslinked FeBC powder (88.88%) and FeSA microspheres without bamboo-based biochar framework (60.06%).FeBCSA efficiently removes Cr (Ⅵ) from water under acidic conditions

making it suitable for treating acidic Cr (Ⅵ)-containing wastewater. At pH=4.06

it demonstrates both high efficiency and stability in Cr (Ⅵ) removal

maintaining a high removal rate even in the presence of different interfering ions. The efficiency of Cr (Ⅵ) removal by FeBCSA is achieved through interface reductive-adsorption synergy. This study provides a green remediation material with both high performance and potential for engineering applications in Cr (Ⅵ)-contaminated water treatment.
