为研究叶型轮廓度偏差对离心叶轮性能的影响,以Krain叶轮为研究对象,通过构建实际加工中的叶型偏差模型,研究了叶型局部及全局偏差对叶轮性能的影响。针对叶型局部偏差,分析了不同弦长位置等厚轮廓度偏差对叶轮性能的影响;在对性能影响最显著的弦长位置,研究了不同偏差对叶轮性能的影响规律。针对叶型全局偏差,分别探讨了轮廓度及扭转偏差对叶轮性能的影响。数值结果表明:靠近前缘的局部偏差对叶轮性能影响最大,且吸力面偏差与叶轮性能变化存在对应关系,吸力面先过切后欠切恶化了叶轮性能,吸力面先欠切后过切优化了靠近前缘叶片的曲率变化,增大了流道易产生阻塞的通流面积,进而提升了叶轮性能,特别在大流量工况,等熵效率提升1.5%,阻塞流量增大0.6%。叶片全局轮廓度及扭转偏差分别通过改变整个流道的通流面积及叶片进出口安装角影响了叶轮性能,设计工况下,全局负轮廓度、正扭转偏差总压比最大提升了1.2%、1.4%。该研究工作为离心叶轮的加工制造及叶型优化提供了有益参考。
To investigate the influence of blade profile deviation on the performance of centrifugal impellers
the Krain impeller is selected as the research object. A blade deviation model based on actual manufacturing processes is developed to examine the effects of both local and global blade deviations on impeller performance. For local blade deviations
the impact of uniform-thickness profile deviations at different chordwise positions on impeller performance is analyzed. At the chordwise position with the most significant influence on performance
the relationship between different deviations and impeller performance is examined. For global blade deviations
the effects of both profile and twist deviations on impeller performance are explored. Numerical results indicate that local deviations near the leading edge have the greatest impact on impeller performance. A corresponding relationship exists between suction-side deviations and performance changes: deviations where the suction side is first undercut and then overcut degrade impeller performance
whereas deviations where the suction side is first overcut and then undercut optimize the curvature variation near the leading edge
increasing the flow passage area prone to blockage and thereby improving impeller performance. Specifically
under large-flow conditions
the isentropic efficiency increases by 1.5%
and the blockage flow rate rises by 0.6%. Global blade profile and twist deviations influence impeller performance by altering the entire flow passage area and the blade inlet/outlet installation angles
respectively. At the design condition
the total pressure ratio improves by up to 1.2% and 1.4% for global negative profile deviation and positive twist deviation
respectively. This study provides valuable insights for the manufacturing and blade profile optimization of centrifugal impellers.
