摘要

针对ISAA程序原有气溶胶模型精度不足的问题

改进了安全壳喷淋去除模型。基于单液滴气溶胶收集机理

采用了新的惯性碰撞、拦截模型以准确计算大颗粒收集效率

采用更符合小颗粒去除机理的布朗扩散模型。加入热泳、扩散泳模型

以考虑安全壳中蒸汽冷凝过程对收集效率的贡献。选取了THAI、TOSQAN和CSE实验评估改进代码

并分别与COCOSYS、ASTEC和MELCOR程序计算结果对比。改进ISAA、COCOSYS计算THAI实验喷淋去除常数的最大误差分别为-28.6%、59.1%; 改进ISAA、ASTEC计算TOSQAN实验喷淋去除常数的最大误差分别为-12.3%、50.9%; 改进ISAA、MELCOR计算CSE实验喷淋去除常数的最大误差分别为-12.3%、90.3%。计算结果表明

改进模型能够更加精确模拟气溶胶悬浮质量的衰减趋势

在一定误差范围内能够准确模拟喷淋去除常数。研究有助于了解安全壳喷淋液滴对气溶胶颗粒清洗机理

获得模拟精度更高的代码分析手段

可以发现现阶段ISAA程序在气溶胶行为模拟上的不足

并探索代码未来的改进方向。

Abstract

This paper improves the containment spray removal models in order to address the low accuracy of the original models of the ISAA code. Based on single droplet collection particle mechanism

new inertial impaction and interception models were used to accurately calculate the collection efficiency of large particles. Additionally

a new correlation was used to explain the Brownian diffusion collection mechanism of small particles. Moreover

thermophoresis and diffusiophoresis models were introduced to consider the contribution of steam condensation in the containment to the collection efficiency. In addition

THAI

TOSQAN and CSE experiments were selected to evaluate and improve the model precision

while the calculated results were compared with the results of COCOSYS

ASTEC

and MELCOR codes. For the THAI experiment

the maximum errors of the improved ISAA and COCOSYS in calculating the spray removal constants are -28.6% and 59.1%

respectively. For the TOSQAN experiment

the maximum errors of the improved ISAA and ASTEC in calculating the spray removal constants are -12.3% and 50.9%

respectively. For the CSE experiment

the maximum errors of the improved ISAA and MELCOR in calculating the spray removal constants were -12.3% and 90.3%

respectively. The calculation results show that the improved model can simulate the attenuation trend of suspended aerosols with higher accuracies and significantly improve the calculation accuracy of the spray removal constants. This work helps to understand the scavenging mechanism of aerosol particle by containment spray droplets

and provides analysis method with higher simulation accuracy. At the same time

it discovers shortcomings in the simulation of aerosol behavior in the current ISAA code and point out the future improvement directions of the code.
