摘要

为了抑制煤液化调节阀中空化的产生与发展

本文基于Bio-TRIZ仿生学理论

以墨鱼喷嘴结构作为生物原型

设计一种仿生引流式结构的煤液化调节阀

通过数值模拟方法研究并比较仿生阀和原始阀内部流场中压力和汽相体积分数的分布。引入特征量空化抑制效率η

定量地评价该仿生引流式阀座结构抑制空化的效果。同时

搭建了调节阀可视化实验系统

采用高速相机对不同阀座的空化形态进行捕捉

分析了仿生引流式阀座对空化长度的影响。结果表明:作为关键部位的阀芯头部易受空化损伤

优化后的仿生引流阀座结构能有效抑制空化的产生与发展

汽相有效体积和空化长度均减小; 此外

小开度工况下仿生引流阀座结构抑制了空化发生剧烈程度

在大开度工况下仿生引流阀座结构加速了空化的发展与溃灭; 随着调节阀开度的增加

该仿生结构的空化抑制效率提高

在70%开度下空化抑制效率达到了32.81%。

Abstract

To inhibit the generation and development of cavitation

a bionic coal liquefaction regulating valve with a drainage structure is designed by following the Bio-TRIZ bionics theory and taking the cuttlefish nozzle structure as the biological prototype. The distributions of pressure and vapor volume fraction in internal flow fields of the bionic valve and the original valve are studied and compared by numerical simulation. The characteristic quantity of cavitation suppression efficiency(η)is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the cavitation suppression effect of the bionic valve seat structure. At the same time

a visual experiment system of the regulating valve is built and the cavitation images of different valve seats are captured by high-speed cameras. The influence of the bionic valve seat on the cavitation length is analyzed. The results show that the head of the valve

is vulnerable to cavitation damage. The optimized bionic seat structure can effectively inhibit the generation and development of cavitation

and the effective volume of vapor phase and the cavitation length are reduced. In addition

the bionic valve seat can suppress the severity of cavitation under small opening conditions and accelerate the development and collapse of cavitation under large opening conditions. The cavitation suppression efficiency improves with the gradual increase in opening and reaches 32.81% at 70% opening.
