摘要

为了预测关节界面切向运动特性

提出了一种基于KE(Kogut和Etsion)法向接触理论和Iwan模型的粗糙表面切向接触模型。通过考虑粗糙表面间发生切向运动的本构方程与Iwan模型进行对比

推导出一种基于可测量物理参数的摩阻片临界滑移力的概率分布函数。设计一种微动实验装置

三向力称重传感器和同轴激光可以实时同步测量关节界面的力和位移

压力垫圈实时监控微动过程螺栓预紧力的变化

从而获得精准有效的界面微动迟滞环。对获得的微动环进行分析表明:经过数个周期之后

测得的迟滞环形状趋于稳定; 预紧力对关节切向刚度的变化具有较大的影响; 连接界面达到大滑移之后

Q235摩擦副最大切向力几乎保持不变

而铝合金摩擦副最大切向力有小幅下降。进一步利用Masing准则

在临界滑移力概率分布函数的基础上推导加载和卸载过程的本构方程

将数值计算结果与实验结果进行比较

验证模型的有效性。研究结果可为实际工程中预测和分析机械组件的运行可靠性提供参考。

Abstract

To predict the tangential motion characteristics of the joint interface a tangential contact model for rough surfaces following KE normal contact theory and Iwan model is proposed. Comparing the constitutive equation of the tangential rough surfaces and considering the elastoplastic deformation of the asperities with the slipped Iwan model

a probability distribution function of the critical slip force of the Jenkins elements based on measurable physical parameters is derived. A fretting experiment device is designed

and a three-way force load cell and coaxial laser simultaneously measure the force and displacement of the connection interface in real time. Pressure washer also synchronously monitors the change of bolt pre-tightening force during fretting

so as to obtain an effective interface micro-motion hysteresis loop. The analysis of the obtained hysteresis loop shows that after several cycles

the measured hysteresis ring shape tends to be stable; the pre-tightening force exerts a greater influence on the change of the joint stiffness; after the connection interface reaches a large slip

the maximum tangential force of the Q235 friction pairs remains almost unchanged

while the maximum tangential force of the aluminum alloy friction pairs decreases slightly. Considering the Masing law further

the constitutive equations of the loading and unloading process are derived based on the probability distribution function of the critical slip force. The numerical results are compared with the experimental results to verify the validity of the model. This approach can provide references for predicting and analyzing the operational reliability of mechanical components in actual engineering.
