摘要

针对现有的柱塞泵滑靴副油膜3点厚度推导法的不足

提出了更高精度的双面平均6点推导法

并对相关联的压力场分布、功率损失及泄漏量理论进行了完善

进一步地

基于恒温振动工况对滑靴副流体润滑特性研究进行了试验系统设计。通过该试验系统

可以准确测量轴向柱塞泵在恒温和变温、振动与非振动工况下不同转速、输入压力及结构形式时测点的油膜厚度、压力、温度及泄漏量

进而得出滑靴副功率损失、温度分布、压力分布、泄漏量的变化规律; 验证在振动情况下现有关于滑靴副流体润滑特性理论的适用性。该试验系统能实时精确地测量滑靴副油膜的厚度

测量误差小于1 μm; 温控试验时

能保证试验系统所需目标温度误差小于0.1 ℃; 采用了电液控制的三向振动系统

调频范围为0～200 Hz

基本能满足所有工况下振动频率的测试需求。此试验系统为恒温振动工况下柱塞泵的流体润滑特性研究提供了平台。

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings in the existing three-point thickness derivation method for sliding shoe pair of piston pump

a higher-precision double-sided average 6-point derivation method is proposed

and the related pressure field distribution

power loss and leakage theory are improved. Furthermore

under constant temperature vibration conditions

the experimental system for the fluid lubrication characteristics of sliding shoe pair is designed. By this test system

it is possible to accurately measure the oil film thickness

pressure

temperature and leakage of the axial piston pump at different speeds

input pressures and structural forms under the conditions of constant temperature or variable temperature and with or without vibration

then the laws of power loss

temperature distribution

pressure distribution and leakage of the sliding shoe pair are obtained

and the applicability of existing theory for fluid lubrication characteristics under vibration conditions is verified. This test system enables to accurately measure the thickness of the sliding shoe pair oil film in real time. During the temperature control test

with a measurement error of less than 1 μm

the target temperature error required by the test system is ensured to keep less than 0.1 ℃. An electro-hydraulic controlled three-way vibration system is adopted

and the frequency is adjusted within the range of 0-200 Hz

which basically meets the testing requirements of vibration frequency under all working conditions. This test system provides a platform for investigating fluid lubrication characteristics of piston pumps under constant temperature and vibration conditions.
