摘要

为了研究不同结构的芳香烃对柴油燃烧颗粒物理化特性的影响规律

开展了掺混苯及四氢萘对高压共轨柴油机排气颗粒物理化特性影响的实验研究。分别采用高分辨率透射电子显微镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱仪(RS)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)及同步热分析仪(TG)研究了不同燃料燃烧颗粒物的微观结构、石墨化程度、表面化学特性及氧化活性。实验结果表明:柴油燃烧颗粒的氧化温度最高

为594.5 ℃; 柴油/四氢萘混合燃料燃烧颗粒物次之

为589.8 ℃; 柴油/苯燃烧微粒的氧化温度最低

为575.8 ℃。此外

较柴油而言

苯/柴油、四氢萘/柴油燃料燃烧微粒的基本碳粒子直径分别增大了0.411 nm和2.169 nm

并且混合燃料燃烧微粒的D1峰与G峰的面积比与高度比增加

杂化的碳原子数量与sp

杂化的碳原子数量的比值变大

这说明掺混芳香烃后

微粒的石墨化程度下降

纳观结构更加无序。

Abstract

In order to reveal the influences of the aromatics with different structures on the physicochemical properties of diesel burning PM this paper studies the effects of aromatics addition on the physicochemical properties of diesel burning PM. Experiments were conducted in a high pressure common-rail diesel engine

and three fuels including pure diesel

diesel/benzene(30% benzene+70% diesel

by vol.)and diesel/tetralin(30% tetralin+70% diesel

by vol.)were used. Burning PM were analyzed by transmission electron microscope(TEM)

Raman spectroscopy(RS)

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The experimental results showed that the diesel soot has a highest oxidation temperature of 594.5 ℃

followed by the diesel/tetralin soot with 589.8 ℃

while the diesel/benzene soot has a lowest oxidation temperature of 575.8 ℃. Besides

TEM

RS and XPS results revealed that compared with pure diesel soot

benzene/diesel soot and tetralin/diesel soot have larger mean primary particle diameters which increased 0.411 nm and 2.169 nm respectively

also with higher AD1/AG and ID1/IG

and greater sp3/sp2 ratio. These results indicate that burning particle samples from diesel/aromatics mixtures have lower degree of graphitization and more disordered nanostructure.
