摘要

针对钙钛矿太阳电池空穴传输材料进行了综述

主要介绍了近几年钙钛矿太阳电池发展过程中一些典型的空穴传输材料

对有机小分子、聚合物和无机材料3类空穴传输材料进行了分析总结。有机小分子空穴传输材料中对2

7'-四[N

N-二(4-甲氧基苯基)氨基

]

-9

9'-螺二芴(Spiro-OMeTAD)的研究最多

但其合成复杂

成本过高

研发一些低成本的类似物是目前有机小分子空穴传输材料的研究方向; 聚合物空穴传输材料中(3

4-亚乙二氧基噻吩)-聚(苯乙烯磺酸)(PEDOT:PSS)、聚[双(4-苯基)(2

6-三甲基苯基)胺

]

(PTAA)、聚(3-己基噻吩)(P3HT)3者均表现出不错的光电转换效率

通过掺杂可提高导电性进而提高电池的效率; 无机空穴传输材料中效率最高的是CuSCN与NiO

具有空穴迁移率高、带隙宽、合成简单、生产成本低等优点

制备的电池均取得了超过20%的光电转换效率。课题组也一直致力于高性能低成本的空穴传输材料的研究

已经合成了Cz-OMeTAD、SDF-OMeTAD、BDT2FMeDPA 3种成本较低性能较好的有机小分子空穴传输材料。通过对目前各种空穴传输材料的优点及相关机制的介绍

为人们后续不断探索研究

以及发现更好的空穴传输材料提供帮助。随着更多新的材料被应用以及工艺的不断优化

空穴传输材料将不断促进钙钛矿太阳电池的市场化进程

未来可期。

Abstract

This paper reviews the hole transport materials(HTMs)in perovskite solar cells(PSCs). We mainly introduce some typical HTMs in the development of PSCs in recent years

summari-e three kinds of HTMs

including organic small molecule

polymer and inorganic HTMs. 2

N-di(p-methoxyphenyl)amino

]

9'-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMeTAD)is one of organic small molecule HTMs emphatically researched

whose complex synthesis and high cost spur researchers to explore some low-cost analogues of organic small molecule HTMs. In poly

mer HTMs

poly(3

4 ethylenedi-oxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT: PSS)

P3HT poly(triaryl amine)(PTAA)

and poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)all exhibit good photoelectric conversion efficiencies in PSCs

and doping can strengthen the conductivity and thus improve the efficiency of the PSCs. In inorganic HTMs

CuSCN and NiO

show the highest efficiencies and have the advantages of high hole mobility

wide band gap
