摘要

针对已有模型计算CO

膨胀体系混合物黏度精度低的问题

在对已发表文献中的7种CO

膨胀体系气液混合物(包括CO

与正癸烷、正十四烷、正十八烷、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丙酮)的黏度数据进行搜集整理的基础上

建立了适用于CO

膨胀体系的改进的Eyring-NRTL黏度模型

确定了模型中的二元作用交互参数与混合物平均摩尔质量之间的关系

并通过文献数据回归得到了模型中的参数。结果表明

对于CO

/正癸烷体系黏度推算的平均偏差小于3%(310.93 K除外)

与正十四烷、正十八烷、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丙酮体系的绝对平均偏差小于4%。通过与其他黏度模型的比较

表明改进的黏度模型可以用于计算CO

膨胀体系的黏度数据。

Abstract

Due to the low accuracy of the existing models for calculating the mixture viscosity of CO

expanded systems

the experimental viscosity data of 7 different CO

expanded liquids were collected from the literatures

the studied mixtures include CO

/n-decane

/n-tetradecane

/n-octane

/methanol

/ethanol

/1-propanol

and CO

/acetone.Based on these viscosity data

an improved Eyring-NRTL viscosity model was established.The binary interaction parameter in the model was considered as a function of effective molar mass of the mixture

and the corresponding coefficients were obtained based on the regression of the literature data.Results

show that the average relative deviation between the calculated viscosity values and the data from literatures is lower than 3% for CO

/n-dencane system(except at the temperature of 310.93 K)and 4% for other CO

expanded li
