摘要

为了提高PbO

电极在处理有机废水过程中的催化性能及稳定性能

采用两性离子型表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-12)以电沉积方式对PbO

电极进行改性。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射对电极涂层进行形貌、晶相分析

通过循环伏安扫描、交流阻抗、X射线光电子能谱、降解酸性红G(ARG)和强化寿命实验对电极性能进行评估

并考察了BS-12对电极性能的影响。结果表明

BS-12可明显细化电极表面颗粒

增大涂层比表面积

提高电极析氧过电位和电荷传输速率

适量的改性可有效提高电极的催化性能及稳定性能。对于最优改性电极PbO

-BS-12(0.1)

电解60 min后ARG的脱色率高达85.1%

其强化寿命可达到138.5 h

是改性前电极寿命(96 h)的1.4倍多。

Abstract

To improve the catalytic performance and stability of Ti/PbO

electrode in the treatment of organic wastewater

dodecyl dimethyl betaine(BS-12)was adopted to modify Ti/PbO

electrode through electro-codeposition technology. Scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the morphology and crystal phase of the modified electrode. Cyclic voltammetry

electrochemical impedance spectroscopy

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy

as well as ARG degradation and accelerated life tests were employed to investigate the performance of the electrode. The effect of BS-12 on the performance of the electrode was also studied. The results showed that BS-12 could significantly refine the grain size

increase t

he specific surface area

and improve the oxygen evolution potential and charge transfer rate. The catalytic performance and stability of Ti/PbO

electrode could be effectively improved by the modification with proper amount of BS-12. For the most optimal electrode(PbO

-BS-12(0.1))

the decolorization rate of ARG could reach 85.1% after 60 minutes electrolysis

and the accelerated service life was 138.5 hours

which was more than 1.4 times that of PbO

electrode(96 h).
