A multiple evaluation method based on neuroergonomics is developed to evaluate the interaction efficiency of touch-control display system. This method involves the cognitive load and the interaction efficiency evaluation simultaneously from four indexes
i.e.
the power of theta wave value(Pθ)
approximate entropy(ApEn)
misjudgment rate(MR)and reaction time interval(RT). Taking the cockpit interface as example
two sets of contrast experiments are conducted separately under touch-control and non-touch conditions
and the performance and EEG signals of subjects are analyzed. It indicates that the misjudgment rate(MR)increases with the task difficulty
so as the cognitive load index Pθ and ApEn
and the correlation coefficients are all larger than 0.5; double-hand manipulation has higher efficiency than one-hand manipulation and the MR and RT are decreased by 15.3% and 6.3% on average; The Pθ and the ApEn are decreased by 24.7% and 15.7% under touch-control conditions
and MR and RT get lower by 69.9% and 37.2% on average than non-touch system.
