Aiming at unbalanced radial force of hydraulic motor
a double-stator multi-acting couple hydraulic motor under various operating conditions is proposed
and the inner and outer stator contours of a four-acting couple hydraulic motor are designed with higher order curves. The stator contour of a single-acting contains long and short circular arcs and two transition curves
and the inner and outer stator contours of a double-stator multi-acting couple hydraulic motor are made up by several similar single-role stator contour lines
which are smooth and completely closed. It is found that the calculated displacement of the double-stator multi-acting couple hydraulic motor usually depends on the inner and outer contour radius
effective width of stator ring
number of roller group
thickness of connecting rod and times of closed volume oil suction/discharge during operating period. For unchanged input flow
the inner motor and outer motor can operate separately
simultaneously or differently by adjusting the connecting modes.
