Study on Dynamic Characteristics and Parameter Influence of Engine's Semi-Active Hydraulic Mount Using AMESim
To analyze the dynamic characteristics and parameter influence of a semi-active engine hydraulic mount
a model was established on the multi-field simulation platform AMESim. The model considers the effects of engine preload on the initial pressure of the liquid in hydraulic mount cavity and the decoupling membrane position. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data shows that the present model can be used to analyze the effects resulting from the important parameters of the hydraulic mount and to obtain the changes of dynamic stiffness and loss angle with each parameter in the ON or OFF state. Properly increasing equivalent pumping area and inertia track length and decreasing rubber stiffness facilitate vibration isolation of the mount at low-frequency
while increasing decoupling membrane diameter facilitates vibration isolation of the mount at high-frequency. This study may be beneficial to the researches on inner structure of mount
movement of fluid and gas
and semi-active control via opening and closing air channel.
