The research on multi-sensor consistency measure usually focuses on the judgment from multi-sensor observations at a specified moment without considering the influence of time series
which leads to an incredible consistency measure result. Following the traditional consistency measure methods
a new method with higher reliability and better accuracy for sensor observations is proposed. The mid-value in the queue of consistency measure results is regarded as the robust estimate
and the variance in the queue is used to describe the stability of the consistency measure result to process confidence evaluation on consistency measure result. Simulations show that the proposed method is able to significantly improve the robustness of consistency measure results and eliminate the effects of unstable sensor performance by credibility weighting of the multi-sensor observation data
thus to provide the consistency sensor group for fusion estimation.
