To improve the static chucking precision of power-chuck
considering four precision parameters and nine consistency factors
the tolerance of modeling method combining multi-body system theory is introduced. The repositioning precision analysis of single chuck
key factors of the consistency control and the centering accuracy of the turning top jaws are quantificationally described with this model. For the chuck KT55200
only when the interval between chuck body and wedge plunger is limited within 10 μm
the method of turning top jaws efficiently improves the centering accuracy. The general specification is once introduced in genetic algorithm
