摘要

为了对重型车床装配中相关各几何精度进行快速准确的测量

提出了一种基于激光跟踪仪的多基点分时测量方法。该方法建立了一种新基准

即在主轴与尾座两顶尖之间建立虚轴

以此虚轴为基准来调节导轨及其他部件的精度

从而实现车床各几何精度的快速准确测量。该基准是在基于激光跟踪仪的多基点分时测量方法的基础上

采用圆柱拟合算法得到两轴心线

将两轴心线调节到同轴而实现的。针对激光跟踪仪无法对挡光部位进行测量的问题

专门设计了轴心线辅助测量装置

以解决挡光的问题。对多基点分时测量方法的仿真及实验结果表明

采用该方法测量重型车床的几何精度

只需要一台激光跟踪仪

且测量一台重型车床的几何精度大约只需要4 h

因此大大提高了测量效率。

Abstract

To rapidly and accurately detect the geometric precision of large horizontal lathe

a multi-pointed and time-sharing measurement with laser tracker is proposed. A virtual axis is set between principal axis and tailstock

then precision of the guide rail and other parts is adjusted up to the virtual axis standard. Two axis lines are obtained by cylindrical fitting

then adjusted to coaxial to establish the new standard. In the simulation and experiments

only one laser tracker is necessary to detect the geometric precision of large horizontal lathe in four hours

and an auxiliary measuring service of axis line is designed to solve light barrier.
