The staged event driven architecture(SEDA)only considers the resource consumption of integration architecture
while the consumption of integrated services and integration tasks(which are composed of the integrated services)is not fully considered during the web service integration process. A staged priority event driven architecture(SPEDA)is proposed by estimating the priority of events with the entropy weight method under some special criteria. The high priority events are early handled in stages. The task consumption is modeled in a queuing system with non-preemptive priority rule
and can be decreased by suitably arranging priorities endowed with estimation methods. Experiments and a comparison with SEDA show that the SPEDA decreases 18% resource consumption of tasks with 3 priority classes. When the size of priority classes grain is considered
a comparison with 3 priority classes shows that the SPEDA with 5 priority classes decreases 21% resource consumption of tasks.
