To express dynamically the shift process of construction vehicle and improve its power performance and reduce shifting impact degree
a dynamic shift schedule with four-parameter was presented
where parameters were vehicle speed
vehicle acceleration
throttle opening and pressure of working oil pump respectively. The mathematical relation between the pressure of working pump
road slope and acceleration were derived
and then the best shift points were solved by analytical method. The experimental results show that the acceleration decreases as the pressure of working oil pump or the road slope increases
and shifting impact degree is zero
and the dynamic shift schedule with four-parameter is superior to the static shift schedule in both dynamic performance
