The back-push piezoelectric pump is presented according to the current application status of electrical-mechanical pumping system in diabetes treatment. The piezoelectric pump serves as power source in this scheme. The injector is driven by piezoelectric pump to execute micro output of drug. The working medium of piezoelectric pump do not contact drug in working status to avoid the secondary pollution. The experiment results show that the output flow rate of this pump reaches 25 μL at the working frequency of 150 Hz
and reverse flow is prevented. when the outlet pressure gets higher than the output pressure of infusion pump.
