A new apparatus was developed to investigate solubility characteristics of refrigerant-absorbent. It consists of a temperature measurement system(253.15 -363.15 K
temperature uncertainty less than ±14 mK)
a pressure measurement system(0 - 3.5 MPa
pressure uncertainty less than ±1.6 kPa)
a water thermostat bath(293.15 - 363.15 K)
an alcohol thermostat bath(253.15 - 293.15 K)
a vacuum system
and a mixture make-up system. In order to check the reliability and accuracy of the system
several test measurements were conducted on the vapor pressure of R134a and p-T diagram for the binary mixture of R22+DMF. The test results are in good agreement with the reference data.
