In order to overcome the flaw of conventional immune PID algorithm that only proportional gain is adjusted by the immune system
a new double fuzzy immune PID control method based on the common immune PID is proposed taking a hydraulic turbine governor as an example. Inthe method in addition to the regulation of proportional gain in conventional immune PID algorithm
a fuzzy immune system for adjusting derivative gain is created by taking the derivative of sampling time deviation in derivative gain regulation system as the quantity of antigens. Two fuzzy immune systems are used to regulate the proportional gain and derivative gain respectively and the change of the integral gain is derived by fuzzy reasoning. The simulation result shows that the overshoot of the hydraulic turbine governor is reduced by 28% and setting time is shortened by 5% under the designed system work condition
parameters perturbation and external disturbances.
