摘要

为了解颅内Willis环中正常与非正常情况下的血液流动状况

帮助临床医生更深入了解Willis环的作用

利用核磁共振成像数据以及计算机辅助设计软件建立了一系列三维Willis环的计算模型

其中包括医学上常见的一些变异、病变症状.给出了在各种物理模型下的血液定常稳定流和非定常脉动流的仿真结果

包括血液流量分配和壁面剪切应力的分布

证实了在Willis环内动脉粥样硬化病变与低的壁面剪切应力有关.该项研究对于临床治疗脑血管疾病具有重要指导作用.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to provide a better insight into the blood flow dynamics in healthy and diseased circle of Willis. A three-dimensional computational model is developed combining magnetic resonance data with computer-aided design software. The most important anatomical variations were simulated under both steady and unsteady flow conditions

and the distribution of blood flow rates and wall shear stresses were thus revealed. These results suggest that low wall shear stress is a hemodynamic factor in the development of atherosclerotic plaque. A methodology of cerebral hemodynamic modeling is proposed as a potential diagnostic tool for future clinic applications.
