Hydrogen production from carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)/coal and corncob/coal gasified in supercritical water(SCW)is investigated experimentally by batch reactor with fluid temperature of 450 ℃
original pressure 4 MPa(final pressure 22-27 MPa)
a residence time 20 min and NaOH as catalyst. The results show that hydrogen yield and gas efficiency for CMC/coal co-gasification are higher than the average value for CMC and coal gasification separately under the same conditions. The similar results are also found for corncob/coal
which indicates the synergistic effects for CMC/coal and corncob/coal co-gasification in SCW.
