The effects of the additive Polyacrylamide(PAM)on anaerobic co-digestion of waste activated sludge and wine distillery wastewater and effluent properties at 35 ℃
45℃and 55 ℃ were investigated. The results show that PAM addition has an influence not only on the performance of co-digestion
but also on the effluent settling ability. Compared with the case without PAM addition

the daily biogas yield of co-digestion decreased by 32.2%

high mixing intensity had more influence on the increase of biogas yield at 55 ℃ than that at 35 ℃ and 45 ℃ compared with low mixing intensity
