An SRM-based multi-protocol supported storage(MPSS)is proposed to solve the data share problem in a grid workflow environment of cross-domain. The MPSS utilizes managed URL to distinguish different data types
insulate users' private space through mapping different users' space to different physical position
and coordinate different transfer services by controlling authorization of read/write tokens. With these strategies the MPSS implements the data sharing of cross-domain transparently
simplifies the grid workflow's running and improves the efficiency of grid data sharing. The MPSS supports popular transfer protocols
provides a powerful supporting for grid workflow of cross-domain
and shows a good stability and efficiency in practical projects such as aviation
DD grid and meteorology. The results of pressure test show that the MPSS can process at least 300 requests per second with an average response time 1.7 s.
