To improve the efficiency of intelligentization design process for all electrical devices in a vehicle
a strategy for smart vehicle electrical/electronic devices based on modularization is proposed. The controllers are decomposed into a number of standard hardware and software modules. Appropriately combining the modules according to the schemed structures
controllers for variant types of electrical/electronic devices are designed. The traditional electrical system of an experiment bus is converted into a smart electrical/electronic device system following the strategy
which simplifies and standardizes the design process for both controller hardware and software significantly
reduces the controller design and debugging tasks abundantly
and shortens the development period by 50% compared with the traditional designs.
