摘要

为了有效抑制电磁轴承支承转子的周期性振动

研制了一种结构为重复控制和比例-积分-微分(PID)控制相结合的混合控制器.该混合控制器不仅保证了磁轴承的动态特性

而且消除了系统中的周期性扰动.通过讨论重复控制器的增益系数、截止频率对磁轴承的响应速度、稳定性的影响

给出了控制器的设计过程和参数整定方法.采用高速磁悬浮电机对磁轴承的性能进行了试验

试验结果表明

该控制器具有良好的动态特性

可有效地抑制电磁轴承-转子系统的周期性振动

并减少了转子频谱中的三倍频成分

从而提高了电磁轴承的支承精度.

Abstract

To efficiently suppress the rotor periodic vibration in rotating mechanism

a controller combining PID control and repetitive control is presented for an active magnetic bearing(AMB). The PID controller ensures the system dynamic response

and the add-on type repetitive controller effects of removes the periodic disturbance from the rotor vibration. The effects of proportional gain and cut-off frequency of repetitive controller on bearing response speed and stability is discussed

and the controller's design and corresponding parameters tuning method are presented. The experiments are conducted with a high-speed magnetic levitation motor. The experimental results show the validities to suppress the rotor periodic vibration

reduce the third order harmonic components

and improve the control precision of AMB.
