For the situation where business requirements change and become clear step by step during problem-solving process in reality
a user-centric just-in-time service composition strategy is presented. The service composition model is brought forward following the dynamic and static business rules. During the process of composition
users can choose needed services freely. Flexibility of the service composition is enhanced by the negative rules
and the solution space is narrowed by the positive rules. A strategy for services recommendation based on business rules and a just-in-time service process construction are proposed to recommend services without conflict and to help users to find needed services quickly. The definition of service process state is introduced
and the correctness of current service process is clearly shown for users. The cases
compared with related works
indicate that users are of dominance during the service composition process
and the composition can be executed while being constructed. And the system is able to judge the state of the service process by state rules
and to support users to construct correct service process. In addition
the recommended services based on business rules get more accurate to meet real business requirements.
