bi-arcs are used to solve the shooting problem with collision avoidance and appropriate position holding. And the moving path variables are optimized with the complex algorithm. The simulated results demonstrate that the bi-arcs ensure the soccer robot to realize the effective obstacle avoidance to reach the target
and satisfy the nonholonomic constraint conditions at any points on the planning path to project the optimal path effectively for the obstacle avoidance with a relatively slight computing task and without initial condition requirement.
