提出了一种基于参数敏感度分析的顺序优化方法
利用ANSYS软件建立了550轧钢机机架的参数化模型
并对轧机机架尺寸进行了优化设计.采用顺序优化的方法
首先对轧机机架的体积进行最小优化
然后在对优化参数进行敏感性分析的基础上
针对优化结果存在的潜在问题
进一步以横向位移最小作为目标函数优化.这种敏感度分析和顺序优化相结合的策略克服了传统单目标函数优化结果不精确的不足
也避免了多目标优化权系数难以确定的问题
从而简化了求解过程.采用该优化方法制造的轧机机架
已投入实际使用1年
工作状况良好.优化结果和实际应用效果表明
该混合方法是行之有效的
并具有一定的实用价值.
A hybrid method was proposed based on the combination of parameter sensitivity analysis and sequential optimization
a parameter model for 550 mill housing was established
and the dimensions were optimized with ANSYS
where minimizing volume was considered as the first objective function. According to the optimized results and the sensitivity analysis
a further optimization was carried out for minimizing displacement in x direction as the second objective function
which is more precise than the conventional single strategy
and avoids the difficulty due to determination weight coefficients in multi-objective method to show the validity and effectiveness.
