摘要

为增加定转子接触面积

使接触应力分布均匀

从而减少接触区磨损

提高电机的机械性能

利用壳体的非轴对称振动模式

成功地研制出一种柱面驱动新型行波超声电机.在设计的电机结构中

给出了压电陶瓷的极化、分布和驱动方式

运用有限元分析软件ANSYS 9.0对定子进行了模态和谐响应分析

并运用振动理论推导了定子齿上的椭圆运动轨迹方程.实验表明

该电机在驱动电压有效值为150 V、驱动频率为16.1 kHz时

堵转转矩为1.8 N·m

最大空载转速为64 r/min

说明电机的连续运转性能良好

能够保证定转子之间的良好接触

使电机平稳转动

从而提高了电机的机械输出性能.

Abstract

To increase the contact area and obtain more uniform contact stress distribution within contact surface for reducing wear

a non-axisymmetric vibration model of thin shell is adopted to develop a novel cylinder driving ultrasonic motor

and the structure of the novel motor was designed following the driving mechanism of piezoelectric ceramic. The modal and harmonic response analysis was performed by ANSYS 9.0

and then the elliptic motion locus of the stator was plotted and discussed. Under 150 V driving voltage and at 16.1 kHz resonant frequency

its velocity of free load gets 64 r/min and maximum output load reaches to 1.8 N·m.
