An exergy analysis model of an exhaust steam reclaim device with injector was established. The variation of exergy efficiency was compared under four different structures(without-swirling
water-swirling
steam-swirling and steam-water-swirling)on the basis of the experiment. The influences of the different structure parameters(spout-throat distance
contract angle and area ratio)of the injector and different steam-water parameters on the exergy efficiency of the device were analyzed. The results show that the adoption of the water-swirling structure can obtain the optimum exergy efficiency. Moreover
the exergy efficiency reaches the highest value at the spout-throat distance of 145 mm
the contract angle of 18°
and the area ratio of 5.44. In addition
the exergy efficiency of the injector increases with the increase in the inlet water temperature and the inlet steam pressure and decreases with the increase in the inlet water pressure.
