摘要

试验研究了充灌磁性液体的脉动热管的传热性能.试验工质为颗粒体积分数为1.39%的水基Fe

磁性液体

脉动热管由内径为2.5 mm的铜管制作

加热功率为40～150 W

倾角固定为60°.将试验结果与充灌纯水及质量分数为1.875%的四甲基氢氧化铵水溶液(磁性液体中的表面活性剂)时的结果进行了比较

发现充灌磁性液体时脉动热管的热阻最小

并且最佳充灌率为40%

传热得到了强化.此外

当在脉动热管绝热段施加0～60 kA/m的均匀磁场时

脉动热管的热阻略有增大.

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to investigate the heat transfer performance of a closed-loop pulsating heat pipe(CLPHP)filled with a magnetic fluid. The particle volume fraction of the magnetic fluid is 1.39%

and its surfactant is tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH)aqueous solution. The CLPHP is made of a brass tube with an inner diameter of 2.5 mm. The CLPHP with an inclination angle of 60° runs at a heat input of 40-150 W. In addition

the experiment data were compared with those for using the solution of water and TMAH with the mass fraction of 1.875% filled in the heat pipe. The results show that the heat transport capability increases significantly when the CLPHP is filled with the magnetic fluid

and the optimum filling rate of the magnetic fluid is 40%. The thermal resistance of the heat pipe rises slightly when the uniform magnetic field with the strength of 0-60 kA/m is imposed on the bottom of the adiabatic section of the CLPHP.
