To promote the standardization of streaming electrification measuring of transformer oil
a mini-static tester is developed in the laboratory
detailed measuring procedures are scheduled
and some key factors such as temperature
flow rate
filter paper and number of oil flow
which would influence the measurement results are discussed as well. The results indicate that electrostatic charging tendency(ECT)increases significantly with temperature(10~50 ℃)
then an emendation formula for ECT changing with temperature is obtained. The ECT of new oil is not influenced by flow rate while ECT of aged oil decreases obviously with the increasing flow rate
and the filter paper and number of oil flow also affect the measuring results.
