To solve the problem of thermal zero drift of piezoresistive pressure sensors
an analog circuit is designed to realize the main part of the back propagation algorithm to speed the operation rate and to solve one difficulty in neural network applications. A digital circuit is employed to take the advantages on storage and control ability to constitute the control circuit. A compensation for thermal zero drift of pressure sensors verifies the validity of the design scheme.
